Welcome to Bob's website

Bob specializes in residential real estate and has extensive knowledge regarding 'leaky condos' and the myriad of issues surrounding them.   (Did you know that only approx. 50% of them have been repaired?)    He has appeared on radio, written articles in the press, and appeared before the Barrett Commission on the subject.  As a former general contractor, Bob was Chair of both the Construction Association of Victoria and the BC Construction Association

As well as selling homes in the core area municipalities, Bob has sold real estate in Cowichan Bay, Shawnigan Lake, Mill Bay, Sooke, Westshore communities, and the Saanich Peninsula.  He was born in Victoria and has lived and worked here for many years.
