Bob specializes in residential real estate and has extensive knowledge regarding 'leaky condos' and the myriad of issues surrounding them. He has appeared on radio, written articles in the press, and appeared before the Barrett Commission on the subject. As a former general contractor, Bob was Chair of both the Construction Association of Victoria and the BC Construction Association.
As well as selling homes in the core area municipalities, Bob has sold real estate from Cowichan Bay to Sooke, Shawnigan Lake and Mill Bay to the Westshore communities and the Saanich Peninsula. He was born in Victoria and has lived and worked here for many years.
